Isotopic centrifuge and fissile fuel missing in Mekanism in this pack? why? without that the Fission Reactor cant be used?

Building the whole setup for fission and fusion reactor, I saw that the fissile fuel and the isotopic centrifuge are not in NEI and not available in Mekanism in this pack..

Is that on purpose? and if yes why? can it be added or can it be resolved?

iirc fission wasn't a thing in 1.12...?
