Extension does not work when Chrome is minimized or in background.

Necroposting a solution for people who currently have this problem:

1: Go to chrome://extensions/shortcuts

2: Ctrl + F and search "HotKey Music Controller: YouTube, Spotify"

3: Change all the keys listed to "Global" (You can also remap the keys here)

4: Reload all the tabs where you were listening music
