[Feature or Separate] Sparse Biomes!

Idk if this is possible for you making a biomes version since then a lot of modded biomes have updated to the latest and this idea could actually improve minecraft biome generation.

So you mean a mod that could configure a biome's rarity?
Or bigger biomes?

Tbh Oceans are just too big. What if there's a sparse feature for ocean biome to minimize the size of oceans in neither default or large in biomes settings.
