Does World-specific configs refer to dimensions?

Hey I love your mod. I was wondering if the planned feature of World-specific configs refers to the different minecraft dimensions or different saves on one server or something. If it is referring to dimension specific config, I'd really love to see it.

This is not planned with the world-specific configs, but it could definitely be useful. In the meantime, if you want to reduce the spread factor of a structure which only appear in a particular dimension, the config file allows you to do that.
