Will the current version work on 1.21.3?

Hello! This is one of my absolute favorite mods to use, both for singleplayer and multiplayer. The server I help run relies on it for altered structure spread. We're currently planning an update to 1.21.3 and wanted to know if there's a possibility that the current latest version will work on 1.21.3, or if you have plans to bring it forward to 1.21.3, since we plan on generating new terrain when we update.
