Recipes not loading

recipes not showing up at all in JEI/EMI on 1.20.1 forge

also the centrifuge does not work at all, even at 256 rpm
also no matter what i do the config is empty in game, but not from file

uhhh, i deleted the pack and world because i got annoyed at it, it was basically about 5 small water wheels, and about 30 big water wheels, all being gear ratioed into 256, which was then going straight into the centrifuge and a mixer and a few pumps as it was supposed to be automated

the centrifuge only pulls out of fluid containers, not pipes

no, I had pipes going into a 2 tall tank under the centrifuge, and there was another 2 tall tank on top
