Description
I absolutely love your randomizer, and as I had requested, Melon, I'd like to list out some things I would love to see from the randomizer going forward. Please do not take this to mean I'm crapping on your randomizer having "a lack of features" or anything. I know it's still very early, and what it already has makes it amazing. :)
I just want to throw these by you for your consideration, see what you think of them:
-Random Abilities (randomize Ultrahand, Recall, Ascend, and Fuse between either (player choice) Great Sky Islands OR Anywhere
-Randomize Shops (all static shops and Beedles have their items for sale randomized; players have the ability to choose from Balanced or Chaotic for what is available, with the same options for the prices)
-Koroks Give Items (player starts with maximum inventory slots for all weapon types, Koroks give players a random (players can set if key items are included or not) item for finding them/getting them back to their friends. Friend Korok Seeds yield two items.
-Randomize Rewards (things like the Glide Armor for the diving minigames, Sage abilities, etc. get randomized into the item pool.
-Make Shrines giving Blessings of Light at their end toggleable; if toggled off, they get randomized into the pool like they currently are.
-Player Select (like the Wind Waker randomizer and others, maybe some modders could be asked to allow their "models" or "costumes" to be used as selectable outfits for Link's base self?
-Dark Souls Mode: A special challenge mode where normal randomizer rules apply, but all enemies deal MASSIVE damage to Link, and if Link is killed, he drops a special bag that contains EITHER (player choice) his entire "Materials" section of his inventory, all of his Rupees, all of his swords/bows/shields, or all of the above, and he has to return to where he died to get it.
