Composer Chat Endpoint parameter not showing

In the composer I gave access to one tool `oagx402test.987659876.xyz/echo` It has one parameter `inpt` required, But when try to ask in chat about it it doesn't see the parameter associated with the endpoint.

Any idea what's wrong here?
