Describe the bug

If you disable the STX after sending a STX, your already submitted tx fails with the error: [Bug]: STX - Transaction failed with error Error in smart transaction publish hook Error. Transaction does not have a transaction hash, there was a problem`

Expected behavior

If this makes fail a tx, we shouldn't allow to disable the feature until pending tx is resolved?
Or, don't fail the tx, even after the feature is disabled?
