Describe the bug

Usually, the 3-dot overflow menu next to a network in a network picker would allow removing that network. It does that for all of the custom networks I added, except for a ROAR testnet entry I added recently, for whatever reason. I'm now stuck with it and it's unclear why it cannot be removed.

Expected behavior

The option to delete the network appears, as it does for other networks:

Screenshots/Recordings

The option to delete the network doesn't appear for no clear reason:

Steps to reproduce

(I'm unsure as to the root cause of this and cannot reliably reproduce it)

  1. Add a custom network to MetaMask
  2. Try to delete it
