[Bug]: Perps - Often rate limit with error `WebSocketRequestError: 429 Too Many Requests`

Describe the bug

I'm very often rate limited with the error: WebSocketRequestError: 429 Too Many Requests.
Then the Orders, Fundings and Deposits never load.
It's very possible that this makes the issue worse: #41883

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Perps tab
2. Open positions
3. Open a market
4. Go back
5. Open orders
6. Go back

Try this 2 or 3 times and you get rate limited

ℹ️ Adding a sev1 to ensure this is fixed before the release, as otherwise users won't be able to use perps if rate limited so easily
