Microsoft.UI and Windows.UI namespaces

My mind is spinning again. This time I am confused about the Microsoft.UI and the Windows.UI namespaces. The Windows.UI namespaces seems to be the Windows Runtime but the Microsoft.UI is WinRT. I do not know, I am confused. For this page it would help to say that the Windows App SDK is in the Microsoft.UI namespace(s) or whichever it is and contrast it with the other.
