How do I make a playlist? (noob)

I have everything set up.
Each story is a mp3 in it's own folder it the audiofile folder.
I have each story assigned to a RFID card. So when you scan the card it plays a single story.

How can I create a playlist that includes a few of the existing files that are already in the audiofile folder?

I tried to create a playlist on my computer and then edited the .m3u file to the following but it didn't work.
