Failed to load the video URL

In my case:
Am using MMPlayerView in collectionview cell to load multiple videos and play simultaneously.

issue
Getting error like below while load the video in some cases like
Enter into the view controller and load the collectionView again and again
in certain point the black screen will appear and status comes like below
failed(err: "Cannot Decode").
