Documentation bug: Important information omitted from initial setup instructions

On this page: https://github.com/MinnPost/object-sync-for-salesforce/blob/master/docs/initial-setup.md the instructions don't mention that you need to disable the Require Proof Key for Code Exchange (PKCE) Extension for Supported Authorization Flows checkbox. If that checkbox remains checked the authorization request will fail.

Tested using latest version of WP and OSFS.

@squarestar thanks for the report. As you've hopefully noticed, I don't work at MinnPost anymore and nobody is currently working on this plugin with any regularity. I try to update small things when I can but it is very sporadic. I'm happy to review a pull request if you would like to update the documentation, otherwise I'll get to it when I can.
