XP Shop and Dashboard Activity

Its related to the lack of activity that comes with the level system.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would love to be able to have a fully customizable shop that can go in sync with the amount of XP a user gets. Lets say someone has 2k XP, and there was a role that was on the .shop for 2k named Active.
They would do .buy Active and their XP would -2000 and the Active role would be added onto the said user.
Of course this could be fully customizable via the dashboard, but like the public levels. I thought it would be a cool idea for people to view who bought what and what the shop has to offer!

This feature may be more of a possibility due to the new way levels are setup in the bot (currently in beta at time of writing). I will look into this in the future.
