This guide can be found at frontend/html with the file at html.md.

This is very much a draft. Open to all feedback as it is missing a lot.

Need to add section on avoiding extra elements just to target something. This was a problem previously so it needs to be addressed. GitHub mentions it under Lean Markup on their templates styleguide.

Is that the best way to word it for us? I would elaborate on it and the examples though.

We should also include a section about divitius. Maybe reference this cough_2007_cough article, https://css-tricks.com/css-beginner-mistakes-1/.
