You can spawn on spaced/destroyed stations #3299

Title. If a station got glassed but at least one cryopod is still anchored, you can still spawn in it.
It is an issue because:
- If you spawn without a suit, you will die from barotrauma
- if it has been glassed from a chimera infection any leftover chimera NPCs will spawncamp you
- The counter to this is spectating the round beforehand to make sure you won't spawn in a glasses spot, which is bad.

Possible solution would be making cryosleep require power or something. I'm just spitballing here.
