block new connections when another sender is already connected and streaming

if im playing content (or have paused content) from my grayjay android sender, i shouldnt be able to connect with the desktop fcast sender and try to cast more content.

this shouldnt prevent connections in the discovery phase though and should become unlocked when the primary sender (the one providing the content) disconnects
