Evaluate compatibility with current bootstrap 4.5.2 and plan fixing

Hello @Morgul i'm trying to understand if te library would require any fix in relation to 4.5.2.

Would you please just advise me on how you were previously retesting the compatibility? This way i may give it a look and try to contribute to eventual updates.

I understand it is 2 years late, but the simple fact is, my testing was the work project I was using this in. Since that work stopped in 2019, I haven't been. I'll merge PRs and make releases, but I'm not dedicating the kind of time regression testing would require.
