Allow JS to run in webapps even if disabled for the rest of Thunderbird

Some people run with JS disabled to avoid mail messages from being able to do something nasty but that breaks many webapps so it'd be nice to be able to, optionally, forcibly enable JS for those.

I remember I found a way to whitelist domains, but I can't find it now. Anyone remember?
