Little improvements

• The other names field of the registration page should be optional.

• What happens when the departments api fails for the selector (can a refresh button be shown that reloads that endpoint instead of the user refreshing the whole browser and having to start the whole registration process afresh)

• If the worker is unemployed, let the org field in the registration page disappear

• Year joined church should also be a calendar

• Suggestion: When a user tries to refresh the browser during registration, can the browser to reserve the state of the steps they had previously inputted.

Year Joined was made an input field who minimum year was 2010 and maximum year was current year.
