Publication: Add Substack #4
Description
Although substack doesn't have a public API, there are internal APIs that can be programmatically accessed.
Problem Checklist:
- Authenticate the substack user with credentials.
- Parse the markdown into the substack-rich format.
- Retrieve and update drafts/posts.
- Customize which publication to publish the post to.
