Snitches are now removed when they are broken

This is not true anymore for some reason. Reproduced by CryusMan and me on CivClassics. Do they use a different JA version maybe?

For some reason it works in single player as expected.

oh I see. yeah that matches up with what I saw.

that's too bad. for a different project I need that event too, but there's no workaround in that case. maybe hooking into the network stream directly works in that case, if it does, we could consider doing that here as well.
