Create a global default `deploy_ioc_pixi_executable_path` that defaults to `pixi` and use that for all roles.

Currently we're allowing overriding pixi exec path in every role that uses it. Instead, move the default variable to `deploy_ioc`. Then we can set it in our playbook to the nsls2-specific-path.
