Detector can't have things ab_set #11
Description
RE(bps.abs_set(pe1c.cam.acquire_time, 1, wait=True) and RE(bps.abs_set(pe1c.cam.acquire_time, .1, wait=True) fail to properly set the acquire_time according to the CS studio screen. I think this might be because the readback isn't working properly? Thoughts @awalter-bnl @mrakitin @tacaswell
