+Treat `#pragma omp task if(...) firstprivate(...)` with a non-trivial C++ capture as runtime-ABI-sensitive. In affected LLVM libomp versions, the GCC `GOMP_task` compatibility path skips the GCC copy function for an included (`if(false)`) task, so the task body can observe an unconstructed object. Branch explicitly instead: create the OpenMP task only when deferral is wanted, and call the body synchronously otherwise.
