A Request to create a CPE for the vulnerabilities to get reported on time

Vulnerability feeds rely on CPE to find out if there is a new vulnerability for a software. nvidia-container-toolkit does not have its own CPE and it should be created. For example NVD assumes that CPE for the container toolkit is cpe:2.3:a:nvidia:nvidia_container_toolkit:::::::: and it does not exist in CPE dictionary currently.
