Optimize SerpAPI search #256
Description
This might be mostly an ELM change, but putting it here to track.
We should optimize SerpAPI search. Right now it works, but not async so it's a bottleneck.
Also check out the caching features that SerpAPI offers and see if we can make use of them to reduce costs.
