Pressure vessel storage
When H2Integrate was GreenHEART, there was a pressure vessel storage model included developed by Peng at LBL. Somewhere along the line, that model was disconnected, but the model still exists in the repo here. The pressure vessel model was disconnected before this file was moved to its current location, so the changes do not show up in the history. I would like to bring it back because it is the only pressure vessel h2 storage model we have and it is a much more detailed model than our other storage models, including things like energy use and storage compressor costs, which would be easy to hook up to the system in H2I now.
Proposed solution
Reconnect the pressure vessel model as a cost model in H2Integrate, we may also be able to use it as a performance model. Exactly how is related to the work in #324.
