[CI] Ubuntu 24.04 EpwFile / SQFile tests segfaulting

Current Behavior

They segfault on #5312 when it never touched anything remotely close to it.
They pass locally on my Ubuntu 24.04 machine.

I assume this one is remedied? Since #5337 could pass the EPW related tests:

99% tests passed, 2 tests failed out of 3994
