Ideas for navigation drawer icon for My List

Part of the inspiration for MyDeck has a distinct application from its predecessor, ReadeckApp, what struck me as an inconsistency for Readeck in general: that the Unread view actually is what I was used to from Pocket, all unarchived bookmarks, but Unread as the description. It was a little confusing at first that a bookmark in Unread could actually be in a Read state. After over a decade as a user of Pocket, I felt like from a navigation perspective I needed something more like it to meet my personal needs.

One thing in MyDeck that is a remnant of ReadeckApp is the unfilled check mark icon in the navigation drawer for My List. Let's change that to something more understandable in a Pocket-inspired experience.

Pocket-like, filled

• A filled circular downward expand symbol reminiscent of Pocket’s save-to-list visual language.

Pocket-like, open

• The outlined version of the Pocket-like expand symbol for a lighter visual presence.

Library-oriented

• A books icon suggesting a personal collection or curated reading library.

A nod to bookmark concept

• A bookmark-themed icon that directly references saved content.

Closest to the Readeck default view icon

• A newsstand-style icon most aligned with the current default view metaphor.
