Expand / Collapse All Control for Skill Groups

In Admin view, there's no opportunity to expand all / collapse all in the groups. By default they are all closed, which makes it tedious to review in admin mode a lot of groups because you have to click on each to expand. Would be nice to have the "expand all / collapse" all option in the Admin view.
