Open Window while App is booting

Is it possible to open a placeholder window while the app is booting, so the user gets feedback while the app is loading?

While experimenting around, I found out that I could open the window after electron server is up via ApplicationBootedListener.

    {
        Window::open()
            ->width(640)
            ->height(1000);

    {

    }
}

Although the result is, that i get a window that instantly opens, but can't display any content.
