Scan sub folders/ Scan recursively

This feature will be great/essential for those of us that have rom subfolders in most systems. For example having a subfolder for SNES Hacks in their SNES rom folder, etc. Using subfolders is also the only solution to having 1 game in the list for multi disc games for front ends like ES-DE which don’t natively consolidate multi disc game.
