It would be nice to see a list of all submissions awaiting approval, so that the user can see if their form request has been delivered.
Statuses could be:
waiting - when the team haven't yet got round to looking at the request. This would be the default status
approved - when the submission has been approved
declined - as above but for the other reasons and perhaps a reason why.
The list doesn't need to contain the entire writeup and maybe only contains the given name, GPS coords and date/time of the submission to reduce the misuse of the list.
All approved/declined requests would disappear after a set period of time ie 14 days or some other number so as to keep the list short.
