Hi,

Trying to start a glyco-N-DIA search with DDA and DIA files. When I try to change the Data type for all of the DIA files to "DIA-quant", it intermittently changes some files correctly, while others remain DIA, and some of the DDA files are changed to "DIA-quant". I am unable to change those files back to DDA. Seems like a bug? (I am running Fragpipe v22.0)

Thanks.

Can you restart FragPipe to see if you can reproduce it?

Thanks,

Fengchao

Thank you for the prompt test and response. Could you send some screenshots to show me how to reproduce it? Otherwise, it is hard for me to troubleshoot.

Thanks,

Fengchao

Sure. My email address is yufeATumich.edu (replace AT with @). I am also happy to have a Zoom call if it is easier to troubleshoot.

Thanks,

Fengchao

As an update- The problem seems to occur when I sort by Data type. If I import the Raw Files and don't sort, the files are correctly assigned.

Hi, this is a separate issue but related to the N-glyco-DIA search. I received the attached error log, seemingly related to the spectral library.

Hi,
I think we have fixed this in our development version - can you try updating your easypqp using the following commands in a terminal:
pip uninstall easypqp
pip install git+https://github.com/nesvilab/easypqp.git

Best,
Dan
