Do you have an example (tutorial) how to analyze LFQ phosphoproteomics data?

@kaupuks We currently don't have one, but if you have any recommended data, I maybe could create one.

I have my own data processed using the FragPipe 21.1 LFQ-Phospho workflow. Twelve samples (six healthy tissue, six pancreatic cancer), about 2500 phosphosites. Maybe it would be suitable for demonstration purposes?

@kaupuks It's definitely suited. Do you want to contact me through email for the follow-up? Or I am preparing some tutorials for the LFQ-Phospho analysis. It might take a little longer. I am also not sure if that's a public available data?
