File : Print opens up a device not available #29

When I click file and select print it opens up a dialogue box "Device not available" it is asking me to connect a NRPrinter. Is this referencing a 3d printer or regular inkjet printer? Once i click ok nothing else happens. Can we clarify this dialogue box.
