can't submit review because no semester or prof option provided in drop down menu

I am trying to submit a review for "Reading the Arctic". I filled out the review but can't submit it (understandably) without specifying the semester and the professor, but there are no choices on the drop down menu. Please add them so I can submit my review and access class reviews for fall registration.

Also, for what it is worth, there is no option to review Professor Evan Camrud (math).
