Pikachu Breeding.

When breeding Pikachu with Light Ball, any Pichu that are bred do not know Volt Tackle, but instead know Tackle, which it normally doesn't learn. In addition, when withdrawing said Pikachu, Light Ball seems to be missing.

Is this for generations or reforged?

This is for Generations.

I'll take a look at it this week, but if I had to guess, this would be leaning towards a generations issue, as Daycare simply calls Generations for it's breeding logic.
