The released binary is the vanilla ungoogled-chromium, and it doesn't have my patches.
If you prefer to compile from source, you can switch to the update branch which tracks the vanilla ungoogled-chromium.

My patches just change the hotkey to switch between tabs, and what data are cleared when the browser exits.
