Rclone で Workload Identity を使いたい

GitHub Actions からのキーなしの認証の有効化 がやりたい

しかし、rclone では、現時点で対応できていないようだ

Since we have decided not to use Rclone on GitHub Actions in our project, we are closing this PR for now.
If I can find the time, I may send a PR that addresses the issues found in the PR comments.
