Layout option similar to the one in use during pitlane channel broadcast

Having no idea how viable this question is, would it be possible to have, as a layout pattern, a main screen which is 66% (or exactly 2/3) of the screen real estate and then have like the border of the screen contain other, smaller screens as streams, so we can focus on the main stream content and have our own side layout containing the driver tracker, data channel and optionally a couple of driver streams (or in any other order). The included image is an example using full hd as the source for the mockup, with resolution 1280x720 and 640x360 for the big and the small streams respectively.
