Discuss how to implement delete functionality for projects and tasks

when deleting a project, how are tasks (being related aggregates) deleted?
does the Project Deleted event trigger new commands to all tasks for the project?
can there be issues with concurrent request (edge cases when task is created for a project that is currently being deleted?)
