Can't get Phoebe recommendations for concept set

when i click on the recommend tab in concept set development i get:
Recommendations are not available. The PHOEBE 2.0 vocabulary tables are required to generate recommendations.

Could you double check whether the PHOEBE 2.0 tables exist on the WebAPI vocabulary schema for that source? Recommendations depend on them, and WebAPI is reporting they're missing. If so this is expected behaviour on the client side, and whoever manages that source's vocabulary tables would be the one to confirm.
