Filter by automatically selected concepts - Unmapped cases #171

Description

@gostrek

I have a table with large number of EMR ICD-* family codes and a tried to use Usagi for mapping to standard dictionaries.
I've noticed that quite often auto concept ID codes are not used.

I have created a sample input file with some codes to be mapped:

source code, source code description, count, description for reviever, auto concept id, test, source vocabulary
F,female gender,70000,plec zenska,8532;442986;248152002,przykladowy tekst opisu,TEST VOCAB
M,male gender,60000,plec meska z dowodu osobistego,8507;442985;24815300,,TEST VOCAB
c34,Lung cancer,100,rak pluca,40306794;139841002,,TEST VOCAB
1234,Multiple myeloma,123416,Szpiczak mnogi i nowotwory z komorek plazmatycznych-Szpiczak mnogi,45600562;1567676,,TEST VOCAB
C003,Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,80,Chronic Obstructieve Pulmonale Ziekte,255841,,TEST VOCAB
D004,Atrial Fibrillation,120,Atriale Fibrillatie,313217,,TEST VOCAB

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  • Import Codes to Usagi
  • Set source columns: code (source code), name (source code description), frequency (count)
  • Use 'Auto concept ID column' (auto concept id) and check 'Filter by user selected concepts/ATC'
  • See 'Unmapped' after Import

I expected that the 'auto concept id' list will be used to facilitate the concept selection, but it is not used while given explicitly in some cases.
It does not change if 'Filter standard concept' or 'Include source terms' are unchecked.
I have downloaded the vocabularies for Usagi index "ICD10", "ICD10CM", "ICD10PCS", "ICD9CM", "ICD9Proc", "ICDO3"
