Connecting to a CRT TV with a HDMI/DVI? convertor - what are the specs of the video output? #3

I tried to connect to a CRT TV using: https://elimex.bg/product/71408-konvertor-hdmi-to-3rca
The output is a "No Signal" test screen. This convertor worked with a Jetson Nano with installed Ubuntu.

What are the exact specs of the video output from RP2040pc?
Have anyone connected it to a CRT TV and how? SCART and S-video are also options.
