OTCV8 backpack not respecting windows bar as a margin #234

Hello there is an issue with otcv8 and is that the otcv8 panels are not respecting windows 10 bar as botton container so if i open multiple backpack the last opened backpack is opened behind this bar here you can see behavior now
i tested in clean client
