tooltip not refreshing time (duration) on equiped item in inventory

If you equip a ring that has duration (eg time ring or life ring), when you hover the mouse on the equipped ring, it
doesn't show the updated time left but only the time left when you equipped for the first time. Even if you hover
again with mouse. However if you "look" at the item it will show the updated time left.
(I hope I have explained myself).
